Taxi or private transfer

A taxi or pre-booked transfer is the most convenient option if you arrive late, carry substantial luggage or travel as a group. Travel time and price depend on traffic, time of day and the provider, so confirm the total price before booking. During summer and holiday periods, reserve in advance.

Rental car

A rental car gives you flexibility for beaches, coves and nearby towns. Follow your navigation app toward Jávea/Xàbia, but use a public car park when you reach the Old Town. Carrer En Forn is a narrow pedestrian street and has no guest parking.

  • Nearby parking: Parking Constitución
  • Alternative: Parking del Clot
  • Luggage drop-off: Calle Virgen del Pilar, then continue to a public car park.

What about the train or TRAM?

Alicante Airport has no mainline railway station. The C6 airport bus connects with Alicante city and Luceros TRAM station, but this is normally a more complicated route to Jávea than an ALSA coach or road transfer. It can still be useful if you are stopping in Alicante or travelling elsewhere along the coast.
